Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your product. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
Returns
All returns for standard shelf items must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to inform us which products you would like to return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
- Securely place the item in its original packaging and include a copy of your proof of purchase.
- Send all items back to us at the provided address.
Please Note: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
Customized Products
The return and refund policy for customized products is based on the specific agreement made at the time of your order. Please refer to the terms of your individual deal for details.
For a first-time R&D (Research and Development) customized product, a return must be initiated within 10 working days from the date of purchase. A 30% non-refundable fee will be applied to the refund amount.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 15 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
